3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Appropriate Use

  • Do not send spam, harassment, or inappropriate content
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding electronic communications

3.2 Account Security

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing and Credits

  • Initial users receive 5 free email credits upon account creation
  • Additional credits can be purchased: ₹79 for 100 email credits
  • All payments are processed through Razorpay
  • Payments are non-refundable once credits are utilized

4.2 Credit Usage

  • Each email sent consumes one credit from your account
  • Credits do not expire but are non-transferable
  • Unused credits remain in your account for future use

5. Google OAuth Integration

5.1 Gmail API Access

We integrate with Google's Gmail API (mail.google.com) to provide email sending functionality. This integration requires specific permissions:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send - To send emails on your behalf
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email - To identify your account
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile - For basic profile information

5.2 Why We Need These Permissions

  • Gmail Send Permission: Allows our platform to send emails directly from your Gmail account, ensuring deliverability and maintaining your professional identity
  • Profile Access: Enables account creation and management within our platform
  • Email Access: Used only for authentication and account identification purposes

5.3 Data Handling

  • We never read, store, or access your existing emails
  • We only use the send functionality to deliver emails you compose through our platform
  • Your Google account credentials are never stored on our servers
  • All authentication is handled securely through Google's OAuth 2.0 protocol

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 No Refund Policy

Once payment has been processed and email credits have been allocated to your account, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Reason for No Refund Policy:

  • When email credits are purchased and allocated to your account, specific HR contact information becomes exclusively available to you
  • These emails are removed from our general allocation pool to ensure fair distribution among users
  • Refunding would mean that other users miss out on valuable HR contact opportunities
  • The allocation process is designed to provide equal access to our limited database of HR professionals
  • Once allocated, these contacts cannot be re-allocated to other users without compromising the integrity of our service

6.2 What You Receive Upon Payment

  • Immediate access to your purchased email credits
  • Exclusive allocation of HR contact information
  • Full access to email composition and sending features
  • Permanent addition of contacts to your account (no expiration)
